Gm, #coffeechain. Keeping my coffee hot on this chilly morning. Today is CRAMMED with coffee orders to roast, a show, the need to deep clean my floors, a cooking show (think ill do a carnivore gravy demo) and Holler Neighbor Dinner. In between things, there is the Homestead, I must workout daily, and Paperwork Moster (made.good headway against that beast yesyerday!!

I'm finding ups is often cheaper BUT I need to drive to drop off the packages so it is more expensive. I wonder what a twice weekly pickup would cost?

I've had horrible problems with USPS the past 4 weeks and am considering going fully to ups.
In particular things get stuck in Memphis and Indianapolis.
The Rouladen was delicious and I made another 8 for the freezer. T had never had them before and the only thing missing was potatoes or speatzle. But we don't do carbs here so...
