Some of us are here for the “no thank you” tech, but I think your basic point still stands.

- All parties lock BTC into escrow: transactions according to amounts necessary to cover losses in the event of bad actors; arbiters lock up smaller amounts to prevent nefarious behavior.

- nParties segregate into either transactors or arbiters.

- Contract drawn up. However many rounds necessary to get participating parties to sign off.

There needs to an escrow client.

Let me know how it goes. I’m most worried about the bank. The rest of it seems pretty straight forward.

Given all the API potential because of #nostr functionality, continuing to compare snort.social to Twitter is probably needlessly limiting. Already, snort is just as functional as: Twitter, Craiglist and Patrion combined... and it's clearly still in Beta.

I'd think most people have the vast majority of their holdings in a cold wallet anyway; airgapped, private keys carved in a plate made of pure tungsten... that seems to be the standard.
