I woke up at 5:45 am for 🏃🏻‍♀️

I started my interval training session at 6:50 am and finished with AN rTSS score of 132.

Ran 16 km at 5:42/km pace.

Have a nice day to everyone 🫂 #runsr

I said that I wasn’t a strong willpower to ChatGPT because of weakness for sweet, and then it replied with this;

I feel like I’m drowning in the chaos and heaviness of everything in my country 😫

I had a 6x1500m interval session today.

Warm up, active sets , recovery and cold down all included, I ran 15.3 km

I ran the 1500 m intervals at 4:45/km pace

Today is April 23- a special day in Türkiye 🇹🇷

It celebrates national sovereignty and is dedicated to children

Atatürk gave this day to kids, believing they are future. 🎊🎊

This is a small appreciation note for my dear friend nostr:nprofile1qqswx9xm8vuxll0ahgzly24a7vfncwx99p8gvtq2qjrspglw5sg5pqcpp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumrpdejqv2v00q 🧿

I talk about Nostr like a cult missionary, hoping to bring my whole social circle here. Aylin was the first to join and truly embrace it. Seeing her training updates and photos here makes me happier than almost anything else on Nostr.

Yesterday was an amazing day. We ran a beautiful race in Çanakkale, inspired by the spirit of Troy. We visited the Naval Museum and the ancient city of Troy, and enjoyed some local ‘peynir helvası’.

I truly love discovering cities through running.

I just ran Troya 10K

I didn’t even run at my race pace but still placed 4th place at my age group. A bit dissapointed, but overall happy #runstr
