the only thing I learned from slaughtering chickens is that they are fucking disgusting and humans are naturally repulsed by them. when I slaughter a lamb or a cattle beast there is a natural urge to eat the raw meat, especially the raw liver for some reason.

My first time making patê, it's a very easy simple dish: cleaned trimmed liver (I used rabbit), butter, cream, garlic and onion, brandy, salt and pepper, nutmeg and allspice.
Rabbit liver is my favorite except for possibly duck. It has a very mild and sweet flavor without any of the off-putting liveryness you get from some other animals.
