Search for hashtags you may be interested in. Go through the follow lists of the folks you find interesting and follow some of those folks. Don't be afraid to reach out to anyone but know that not everyone will check their DMs, so tagging in a note is usually best.

Does this mean giving LND a description_hash when creating an invoice?

I made a lightning address service but anytime someone sends to me it says invalid hash
