Part of the reason why i wanted to get a DXA, it's now "calibrated".
Interesting, the fat percentage in the DXA versus the Garmin S2 Index scales was way off.

Ain't doing that just yet... It's what basically fucked my shoulder last open.

Afterwards there was some Turkish Get-Ups work, which I did with an 8kg kettlebell. That is slowly increasing in weight and stability, which I like.
