Nostr is a nice reprieve from political outrage. Though - I would like to see more political discourse on here.
With that said, I’m scared to post anything on the topic.
Anyway, here goes.
I like Trump’s proposed policy of opening up federal lands and incentivizing the development of more housing.
That is much more likely to help pricing as opposed to going after greedy price gouging builders and homeowners.
It’s an interesting proposition because the comparison to what they are using and know are pretty good user experiences. The real pain, censorship and cancellation, is something that is rare and many don’t experience that pain or concern.
I think it’ll take some influencers who bring swaths of their audience over after being censored or banned…just a matter of when.
Instead of emoji’s and rah-rah statements, zapping people who are doing kickass things is waaay better!
