✅ Day 308: did my #100pushups because I made a commitment 308 days ago to do #100aDayTil100k - Bitcoin was about 43k and I was SO sure 100k was right around the corner. Doing pushups nearly everyday gave me strength, discipline, a little dopamine every time I got a zap (when they were working for me) and most importantly some perspective.
