It's a local database for nostr content. Everything that lands there can be used by your client while you're offline. Also acts as a backup.
They can probably think but it's just not verbal.
I have the same thing for mental imagery. I can think of stuff but I can't visualize it internally. I have the construct in my mind but can't see the mental image.
How do these people read books?
There is also aphantasia, the inability to visualize mental images. Less than 4% of the population have this.
Yup, Voyage doesn't support enrypted stuff. Sadly nip51 overloads each event kind with public and encrypted items, so no way for me to only fetch the public ones.
The gamification of the platform really is a turn off for me.

It also does a lot of things a bit differently. Refreshing to see a client experimenting with stuff, tackling The Content Dilemma and not just another run-of-the-mill microblogging app being developed.
