I am building with the WebXR API which uses your phone's OS-based augmented reality software to track the world around you so you can create interactive 3D experiences that utilize physical space.

Apple, creator of the Apple Vision Pro and ostensibly a pioneer of the AR/XR space, has a browser called Safari that DOESN'T support the WebXR standard. This is despite Apple devices having all the requisite software in the OS to support it; the lack of support is a feature, not a bug:

Apple doesn't support the WebXR standard in Safari because it views increasing web-based capabilities as a threat to the App Store. Safari is nearly abandonware at this point. Bugs and problems in the webkit bug tracker lay dormant and untouched by one of the top richest companies in the world for years at a time.

Apple is not a pioneer of anything these days except accommodating communist regimes.

The games and experiences I create using web-based XR technologies will for this reason NOT be available on iPhones.

I would apologize, but it's actually Apple's fault that your phone is subpar and behind the times. Maybe try complaining to them, or ditch them altogether.
