There can be many advantages to running a personal relay. It’s not necessary to run a node on it either. I use one that basically connects all my personal devices and pcs via a VPN so I can access my entire music collection , or access my original snap shots from camera from any of my devices .there are a ton of apps you can run on your relay as well, search engines , torrent download clients ,, it’s basically my cloud I guess , it backs my npud events up as well.

We have been testing rolls for this up coming thanksgiving ,, not sure these will make thanksgiving but definitely any other night !

I created a tester npub but it was early on and I totally got things mixed up so I decided I wasn’t smart enough to finagle that , lol.. I was to afraid of messing up my main account so I ditched that idea.

When I’m switching between clients , often testing new client releases , in and out of those apps with browser extensions and such , this happens a lot to me .. my follow list does the same . The back up and restore sounds smart though.
Likewise ,music is the elixir of the soul and this elixir is mighty potent indeed!
