That's really wonderful, Jack ... was it hard for you? I gave up alcohol almost completely about 15 years or so, but still will have a glass of wine or an old fashioned once in a while. Really into teas now - my recent favorites are a black tea with blackcurrants (Eastern Shore Tea Company) and a green tea with fruits & flowers (hammam tea by Palais des Thes).

It's stunning how many parents aren't remembering that social media companies are BUSINESSES and not looking out for their children's welfare... I 've seen it in parent meetings and chat groups about school.
