Zone 2 did the most for my running. It is counterintuitive if you are used to strength training. Had to learn it the hard way.
They will go once someone spins up some npubs and floods everyone with likes, removing all signal. Surprised it hasn’t happened so far
It aggregates public relays for me which I assume reduces bandwidth for my client because I am not directly connected to them.
The filter function loads events from your follows and their follows, which made missing events completely disappear for me.
Overall the experience improved a lot since I added them
