I asked for protein powder recommendations on nostr last week and nostr:npub1du6sgl90wse0cz44fg50a4kg9ea4sgctlxps90ccx58lw8ssgv9qhjyf3c recommended this stuff.
Like no protein powder I’ve ever had. Tastes fine when combined with milk not water (gross).
It gives you an immediate feeling of energy from all of the nutrients. No gastro stuff or protein farts like with whey.
Expensive but I highly recommend it from a health standpoint. 
Love what is in it. Going to give it a try.
Correct....most of the protein comes from the egg whites, The cholesterol comes from the yolk. I eat 1 egg with yolk and one without every day. 12g of protein and 1/2 the cholesterol of 2 eggs. LOL. Cholesterol gets a bad rap a times though IMO.
I think some of their reported beef was fabricated. The narrative was seeded though that Putin would go after him no? Now the Deep State can do the deed, blame it on Putin, and curry more political capital for even more resources to pour into the war in Ukraine. "We have to stop Putin at all costs...see...he's a maniac." I think the See Eye A was behind Nordstream as well.

It is awful. I read an article where FEMA reps are staying in $1,000 per night luxury hotels over there. Not a good look when citizens were only given $700 to rebuild their lives.

I noticed today that Chase Bank cashiers are being forced to mask again. It seems the powers that be want another round of Covid to use against us. Perhaps to set the stage for mail in balloting again to steal another election. People need to push back...HARD...and stop being sheeple.
It worked once before for the Deep State criminals...why wouldn't they try to steal another election with it?
