again, those are your personal beliefs. other people don’t like being denied visiting their loved ones in the hospital because the state doesn’t recognise them as partners.

it’s also fine that people exist who don’t believe in your god and they should enjoy the same legal protections in society that you do, even if you don’t want or believe those legal protections should exist

“sin” is a personal definition, based on your belief system. separation of church and state means that personal religious beliefs shouldn’t be involved in govt decisions, such as denying some people the protections and tax benefits of marriage based on a religious belief that is not universally shared.

pride month is about acknowledging those victories on the way to a more fair, more democratic society where all people are afforded the same protections under the law.
