The people have spoken, and I will abide by the results of the poll.

One thing Bluesky does that makes newbies feel good is it delivers new followers to you without much effort.

Now these followers don’t actually talk to you. But your ego sure gets a boost.

You like stats and graphs?

I like them quite a lot.

https://fedidb.org has recently left beta.

It helps you do a deep dive of Fediverse software and servers with good looking charts and tables!

#[0] #[1] I'm talking to you through a long string of seemingly randomized numerals, and most people find that inconvenient.

How will they feel about keys?

I’ve known about this project for awhile but this is the first time I’ve seen this in the wild.

Here’s a Nostr account that’s accessing ActivityPub-enabled servers through a bridge called Mostr (mostr.pub).

The fellow who makes that bridge is very controversial—I don’t endorse him.

Nevertheless, you’ll be seeing more Nostr accounts replying to you soon.

See screenshot.

Giana Sisters is better than Super Mario Bros. The soundtrack is better too.

I’m probably one of the few who thinks so—but there’s a reason for this.

I was one of the few kids who owned a C64 instead of an NES. For a good portion of my life, Giana Sisters were my Mario Bros.

Did they copy Super Mario Bros.?

Yes, but the copy seemed better than the original.

The Fediverse has two social classes:

1. Anime girls

2. Everyone else

In fact, anime girls are the Fediverse's version of Blue Checks.

If you're anyone important here, you're an anime girl.
