#Bip300 is an important #Bitcoin improvement proposal. It primarily will allow for the integration of #sidechains
The chief design goal for Bip300 is partitioning -- users may safely ignore Bip300 txns if they want to.
Sidechains allow for competitive "benevolent dictators" to create a new sidechain at any time. These dictators are accountable only to their users, and (crucially) they are protected from rival dictators. Users can move their BTC among these different pieces of software, as *they* see fit.
#BTC can copy every useful technology, as soon as it is invented; scamcoins lose their justification and become obsolete; and the community can be pro-creativity, knowing that Layer1 is protected from harmful changes.

After hyperbitcoinization we could add a few more decimal places to #Bitcoin this would be needed if a Satoshi is worth more than $1 value today.
Right but there must be some other way for people to make a living. Maybe in ways that don't exist yet. Even Nostr is a new way for us to transfer value.
Universal basic income is NOT the way! We must find other ways to flourish as a society. #UBI is slavery. We must avoid it at all costs but It will be very hard to turn down the free money...

Pretty hard not to lose respect when someone is against personal financial sovereignty and freedom to transact permissionlessly. Especially when they are smart. They either are too set in their current beliefs and fail to adapt or they are against freedom. This makes them in my view lazy or not an honorable individual.
It's hard when someone you respect doesn't like #bitcoin

What are the arguments against #BIP300 ? Is there any reason it should not be implemented?
Did people give up forking #bitcoin or something. Haven't heard of any major fork In a while.
Is it not mind blowing to have the capability to send any monetary amount of value to anyone in the world instantly for any reason you like and no one can stop you? ๐คฏ We truly desensitize to new tech too quick. Remember to stop and look back at how far humans have come.

If we are to merge with AI. We would need synthetic neurons. If we want to preserve our consciousness and identity during the process wouldn't it be best if we slowly replace a neuron with a synthetic copy, one at a time slowly? Would the copy still be us in the end?
