I would be too worried that I actually die. What did you experience?
I don't think they are lies but I sometimes wonder if it's real or just the mind playing tricks on itself. All those who experience though believe they did exit their body and that life does go on. Pretty interesting, not sure what I think of it all.

I have a friend who had this same issue, sounds terrifying
