and every employer knows where these are and just discriminates because of the crime rates that happen when they basically make a ghetto of the poorest people lol
very classist society, but normal apartments/houses would never pass here, americans are disgusted by the poor and all the landowners just vote not in my back yard i dont want them
even latvia does this right its not hard! but it feels intentional. ive heard on the radio them calling it a homeless industrial complex alot, they go over legal issues and where funding is being pocketed sometimes
