Big time. Biggest waste of money and police resource ever. Speaking from someone who got arrested working in an illegal dispensary. 1 and a half years of court and I got 0 charges.
The black market here is pretty legit also. People that have been growing for years. Some of the legal companies used to be illegal, but then legal companies realized how good the black market grew. And hired them on.
When I grew up we learned ; winners don't use drugs.
Today's generation will learn; winners don't use cbdc's.
