After that moment my parents never pressured me and understood how it actually helped me in a medical way. It helps my adhd, and my back pain, as I have a 37 degree curve in my spine.

Not all medical knowledge is equal. Look at the WHO ran by Bill gates who didn't even goto medical school. Cannabis actually can even act as an antihistamine, it actually alleviates my allergies. I'm not doubting there research. But there is research also that proves you can only be effected by cannabis sativa in an allergic way, would be threw touching of the cannabis. Which some people who inhale may not realize they did by mistake. And assuming it came from inhalation, but actually came from physical contact.

I wouldn't say allergic, so much as " more prone to headaches and with some, more prone to paranoia. As far as cannabis and allergies. No one is allergic to smoking cannabis, but they can be allergic to Touching cannabis. Those people it's recommended to use gloves when handling cannabis.

I like a strain about 70% Indica / 30 % Sativa. If it's for mental work , more like a 50/50. And a pure indica like a land race , Hindu Kush etc.

High THC / Sativa strains are known for headaches. The thc found in sativa is very different then the thc found in indica.

I like sativa for gaming. But I also noticed it can make me a bit high strung sometimes
