At first I had like 30 or 40 relays. Would crash constantly, had to always clear the app cache every half hour. Now it runs smooth as can be
If it keeps running errors it make effect your apps performance
Water is a big subject to me. Done a lot of research on it. 💧
RODI water, and during the hour I drink, I have 7up or orange juice, no more then about 4 glasses

Decentony, was the first relay I ever joined, the owner paid my entrance fee for me.
I will be removing more soon, just doing some testing. I want to be careful what I remove or add for relays.

Not all servers/relays are the same, some relays were causing my app to lock up and act sluggish.
Just removed Damus relay. Nostr is now running smoother then ever!! Only running 5 relays ATM. I find the less the better. So continuing to narrow down to what relays are the most active, smooth, and fast. WINE so far is the best relay by far! 💜🧡

I drink like 4 liters or water a day, only time I drink anything other then water is between 430pm and 530pm which is the one hour I eat a day.
Never had this in my life , till the last few weeks. Haven't changed my diet much either.
