Being locked down for almost three years affected me. It affected my sister more. My sister's 83 y/o friend was hit hard but the lock down. She is a rule follower she she stayed inside. I kept telling her to go outside and walk a bit and then use the stairs for exercise. Keep the legs strong. She didn't do this.
