Todays dinner (on the road) ham and cheese wrap with low carb tortita, boils egg, pepperoni, cheese sticks and olives. Total carbs I am counting as 15, not the “4 net carbs”. Total for the day 19 carbs.

This last week I’ve earned 166 sats by using @smilesbitcoin step counting app. You get sats for walking or running. Something you do anyways.
In six weeks I’ve earned over 1,200 sats. No it is not much but it is more than I had before.

The AC broke and she made arraignments to get it fixed, took care of the kids and still worked on church camp projects.
All with out my help.
It sucks sometimes being a few thousand miles away, but knowing she is competent and strong makes it so much easier!

The few actual duties of the Vice President are to a) keep breathing b) replace the President if they are incapacitated and c) cast tiebreaker votes in the Senate if needed. Kamala Harris is doing the latter:
Harris, who will be in office at least another 18 months and is seeking reelection, has tied John C. Calhoun’s record for tiebreaking votes in the Senate at 31.
Now, it took Calhoun 8 years to hit 31 back 1825-1832. Harris took 2.5 years. Says something about how partisan and evenly balanced the Senate is.
