Had an hour till loading and it was two gates down.
Have not been in one in years.
They even let in retired guys!
One nice breakfast and snack later felt better for the next leg.
Heading home.
The #SecondJob travel is almost over. Get to see the family if the weather plays nice for a day before going back to the main job.
This has been a nice break only working part time each day (8 hours).
But back to full time work Monday (16 hours)
When I eat #breakfast at a restaurant, I flash back to my days waiting tables.
You work just as hard but the food costs less so your #tips are lower.
My rule Now is $7 or 25%, which ever is more.
Long delay at the airport.
The airline wants to refund me and let me rebook (at a higher rate for short notice) because federal law (?) requires them to refund unless I sign off on them rescheduling me (at the same price)

Going to sleep in the morning then back to the next 16.
After a revivify spell, long rest, and three waves of cannon fodder attacks, we met the big boss.
Up casted “conjure animals”, so 16 elk appear, bear totem makes them magic, and they trample the bad guy.
7 hit, 1 knocked him prone.
#DnD is fun.
This is what service is. No special gear, right there while safety gear wearing firefighters shore up the place to rescue the trapped man.

But I got laundry done, cleaned the kitchen and made dinner for the family.

Bed for one hour then take the teen to take her driver permit test.
Then the youngest to youth activity at church.
Then sleep till tomorrow to work my other job.

Playing #pathfinder #TTRPG tonight, we were tasked to find evidence the “beast” (large flesh construct) was innocent of murder.
To do this, we ended up killing 9 NPC’s to get evidence.
Got to love game logic

Came home from another 16 hr shift serving the community.
Short nap, then started the families laundry.
Picked up the middle one from school, took her to work, then to the comic shop.
Now heading to game night with the #Pathfinder gang
I’m waiting for Trump to announce that he will be asking Congress to expand the Supreme Court to 13 justices, like Biden and Harris wanted.
As well as ending the Senate filibuster, like Schumer advocated.
Not because I agree mind you. But because I want to see the hypocrites twisting in knots explaining why this should not happen after 4 years of demanding it.
