This deal is being done with $59 billion in cash, with a huge bridge loan from banks - AND Netflix taking on WBD's existing debt (around $10+ billion). Netflix has to pay WBD shareholders cash and stock, while absorbing the existing debt and financing the rest through MORE debt.
