The fact that so many people are angrier at the US Government and calling for American companies like Meta to be banned instead of a Chinese owned, government backed app like TikTok (that refused to divest) shows that China has already accomplished their mission.

Let’s be clear here - if TikTok is NOT sold within the 90 day extension window….it’s gotta go.
We cannot continue to allow a foreign adversary to collect insane amounts of data and have algorithmic control of what’s pushed to our children and young adults.
We’ve given ByteDance and the CCP plenty of options to sell off. If they refuse to, we know there is more to the story.
As crazy as it sounds, this is an inflection point in the culture war.
