Do you understand basic economics? What happens when you flood a market with something? The price tanks, they collect actual cash they can use in the real world to buy things, and you’re left holding useless internet money nobody accepts.
I think it’s extremely likely. But really CBDCs will be a thing (very soon) because of crypto people, and all of the fraud and scams.

I think the heavy crypto focus keeps the trannies away, and they also like how they can cut themselves off from criticism on their tranny instances. I doubt they’ll join tbh.
