I don't have any issues with clients setting a character limit. I just don't agree that typing 211 characters means I have to go to another client to write a long form post.
Imposing character limits on kind1 is lame. Impose limits on yourself and let the rest of us be as verbose or concise as we want.

I would start with reading through the NIPs. Then see if there is a code library that has implemeted a note kind that suits your needs.

I find myself currently short on thoughts beyond simple reflections on what I did wrong this week.
I wrote a summary of Pull Request 1076 to the NOSTR protocol. Which has been generating some interest in my follows. I decided I wasn't doing enough of due diligence. Let me know what you think:
