It says that if there are too many relays it would make NOSTRs usability bad, because clients would have to establish too many SSL connections (the 's' in https).
Is it possible to set up some sort of relay, that is in fact a load balancer of some kind that will serve as an SSL termination point?
Then you could in theory have a way to reduce the amount of SSL certificates?
I don't think I fully understand how termination works yet. It might only work for multiple instances of a single relay. Plus a bunch of other complications I am not aware of.
Plus it would be a point of failure if relays forwent having their own SSL certs.
You could also say "Just move somewhere you do" but that isn't really realistic, if there is no other place to go. OR I lose the choice after I move.
Not to mention costs of moving, etc.
What options would people have to run software on the internet? Obviously you can say "run your own infrastructure" but some ISPs block a lot of ports. I know mine does, and I don't really have alternative options for ISP in my area.

A client just for authoring threads. It has no feed to speak of. You just have a nice, simple, interface for writing your notes before you yeet them into the NOSTR void.

I don't use Apple anymore, but I think it had the best install process. You just drag the file into the applications folder and done.
