Look at the Just Chatting category. There are mobile streams there. Yes, on Twitch most are on desktop but practically everyone is watching streams on mobile and some are streaming on their phones, me included. On TikTok for example, they are all streaming on mobile.
A livestreaming platform should be for both mobile and desktop users.
