If it doesn't you can create a "Google" profile in graphene. Google is sandboxxed in the OS and will not have unfettered access to your phone and data. Once you get done at the farmers market you can close the session on the user profile.

#Graphene only offers support for Pixel phones & tablets. If you don't want to shell out for a pixel then #Calyx or #LineageOS can be installed on a multitude of android phones.
