I updated to the latest python-nostr that #[0] uses, which should fix some borkiness causing messages to not be relayed to nostr.

It’s just an alternative general purpose OS but people typically use it for routers and firewalls.

Depends on what your needs are. Chromium and Firefox work but everything will be slower than on other operating systems. For software that only works on Linux, like Signal Desktop, you can run a Linux VM with vmm.
