i haven't, but i can't see why it wouldn't work.

i grind up chicken breasts in a blender, grab a hunk of blended chicken mush and roll it into a ball, flatten it out a bit, toss that into a bowl of beated eggs, next put that into flour, and finally roll that into a bowl of panko or bread crumbs. you can bake them or fry in oil. your choice.

i also add salt, pepper, and garlic to the blender.
