How long will it take to do a 5 prefix and 4 suffix?

This tried another one with 5 prefix and 3 suffix, but that didn't yield anything in over two months. So not sure if there are suffixes that cannot be resolved, even though it does work when I tried mining one with only the 3 letter suffix.

Rana is a vanity nostr key miner written in rust that's the fastest code in its class. I'm currently farming a 10 character vanity npub (POW 40) at 230k-450k iterations per second and have a chance to mine my handle in 30-50 days.

Is there any security risk in customising a longer vanity, example 10 character vs 5 character.

It's an open source app whose devs can be contacted here for any questions. Though most nostr clients are the same... But it's some kind of way to centralize your nsec and not insert it everytime in each client. Same with the browser signing extensions.
