Partially untangle and re-setup my HF rigs for notes and other stuff relayed by ionosphere.

Plan is to send some json files to start using fldigi on 40 or 20m using FSKR.

PPS: this test requires sub 30Mhz rigs and licenses, walkie-talkies (HT) are not it.

Not sure how I feel about that. I own mine and I'm not selling it. My children all own their own also. But I worry for others who may be less fortunate.
