Just a simple 1500 square foot single family home as a GC. First one, having fun.
You will. My brother and I got an inheritance that allowed us just enough money combined to start a General Contractor LLC and build a single, single family home. I’ve learned a lot so far on this project and am hoping to hustle my way up to a big piece of land for myself where I can build my dream home.
Just have to grind for a couple more years and figure it all out and hustle.

The type of people attracted to positions of political power ensures all who make it through the social filter to these roles are the worst of the worst.
They stand for nothing except whatever message in the moment that allows them to access to free money (donations) and votes, they have a deep seeded desire to have power over others, and they are inherently dishonest and two faced as they’re always playing political con games.
I will never root for any politicians or any political system, period. It’s all bad and all are antithetical to freedom. GM☀️☕️

Never stop building. Digital or physical, humans need to build to be complete. 
Not only do we not give AF we celebrate the corrections and buy hard. Tradfi playbook isn’t going to work in Bitcoin.
