I still have and use Twitter. Each platform has its own unique purpose, and for me, Twitter is where I primarily go to get updates from bands, writers, and other public figures I like. I use both nostr and Twitter, as well as other platforms, because they each serve a different purpose
Very interesting feedback! Back when I joined in early December, there was no jargon and no spam (not even the Nostrich meme existed at the time). Also, there were lots of users helping each other, saying hello to newcomers. But I agree, over time niche terms and cliques started appearing. The huge amount of spam on Global drowned new people trying to understand the platform. Thanks for sharing!
