it was entertaining- i think they took some liberties with parts of the story - but 7/10
i dont like taxes either - but currently a company pays ~$3m for a new drug application, this is not the only fee, nor does it include the internal costs associated with just completing the filing the application, which may about the same cost.
If the tax payers were pay more - the fed would need to cut a lot of other spending (yeah right!!)

It is a tax - check your paystubs/W2, split between the employer and employee. Its also a completely mismanaged POS.
