Hence the rebrand of normal seasonality to "cLiMaTe cHaNgE"! 🤦♂️
In the meantime, I have some catching up to do...

Rotating generator power between water pump/tank, oven, freezers, and heating...charging electronics here and there.
Nothing like a long power outage to make you realize how good we had (and still have) it here in the U.S. So many things we (I) take for granted. Power to charge electronics. Internet/WiFi for entertainment. Coffee grinder. Modern appliances. Freezer for meat. Lights. Heat. Necesseties just up the road in every form. Gasoline to power our stuff and in plentious supply. Friendly neighbors to help and be helped by.
The free market, and liberty, gave us most of this. Western Civ gave us most of this.
Why would anyone want to destroy these Blessings of Liberty?

20-30 mph winds, gusts up to 45 mph (!)
We stay out of the woods when this happens. Too many trees, branches, to risk it. All away from the house, thankfully.
