From my playing around, if you click someone's wallet address directly it defaults to 1000 but I was able to edit it.

The zaps if you hold you can delete and add any default amounts you want to pop up and save them.

But that's just been on my end. I feel like we are all running into weird bugs here and there.

Some people I want to zap, but their address somehow isn't working on my end or something.

If you upload it on some media uploader like nostr.build you can keep the link behind Paywall very easily using the service. In future I will also try to integrate nostr.build in my dashboard.

Yeah I still don't really care about that correctness of that statement - it just doesn't matter. Trying to place bitcoin into traditional ideologies is a futile exercise. Trust and law now refer to physics and code rather than trust in humans and laws enforced by humans.
