I understand your point. I see it like an artist posting a painting, and if someone wants a higher resolution of that painting, the artist can sell a high-resolution version of that painting. Artist should have that option.
That's fine and it *can* work under certain circumstances, but nobody is stopping anyone from crushing the paywall once and posting the high-res version on a forum, uploading it to an image host, sending it via a DM, etc.
Fully paywalling stuff like newspapers do today is incredibly stupid imho, because nobody is gonna read/see the stuff, and if something is good) worth sharing), people will just send around screenshots.

I do not want to act as a copyright police on nostr, as that is the last thing I want to do.
Instead, I would like to make it as utility tool for the community and let them decide whether they wish to embrace it or not.

What if you want to access the content a second time after paying the invoice?
In the screenshots, there is an option labeled "remember payment info," which the artist can select. If this option is chosen and the user makes a payment, their browser will remember the payment information, eliminating the need for them to pay again in the future.

Will I be able to put my short films behind this bad boy?
If you upload it on some media uploader like nostr.build you can keep the link behind Paywall very easily using the service. In future I will also try to integrate nostr.build in my dashboard.
Just days ago I got an idea for a simple website and this looks like what I need to realize it.
What I would need is auto redirect to the content, the content being a small audio file, auto playing once, eventually then reloading the website/iframe that includes the paywaller to have the paywall showing again. I'm grateful for any clues how to realizes this!

Iโve wondered if something like this makes sense for Nostr Report but for now we will continue to strive for a V4V model. Im hoping that the V4V starts to pick up, not because of the sats, but because those sats represent pure signalโฆ that we are producing something that people want giving us direction. Itโs more helpful when I see 20 people send 69sats, versus one or two people sending big tips.

To be honest, I am a little hesitant about this project. While I have seen situations where it can be the best possible option, I personally believe that a value-for-value model is the best option for most situations.
But yeah creators here should have all the options.
