you got this 😎 put raw honey on the burns if you have some, its fucking MAGIC

so I recently went to Tenerife for holiday, did not wear any sunscreen or sunglasses for the full 2 weeks, what I noticed is the body needs to get used to the sun. living in the UK I'm not used to it at all and your body needs to be eased into it. like a spastic I took everything off for the whole first day without even getting in the water (the water makes it way easier to be under the sun) and ended up burning. i was then careful the next 3 days while my burns healed to keep them covered with a T-shirt/towel. it was mainly my shoulders. and then slowly eased myself into the sun tthe rest of the holiday. by the end I was chilling shirtless wherever I wanted and I came home with an incredibly nice tan. going Egypt to see family soon and will follow the same plan, hoping to come back blackπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
