eu pensei que eu precisava de um tempo para mim, sozinha. uma dorzinha de cabeça já anunciava alguma sobrecarga. eu me lembrei da foto que tirei há pouco e pensei em postar aqui. comecei a escrever algo sobre a beleza das flores, mas não era nada disso o que queria surgir. minha cabeça doeu mais nesse momento. fechei meus olhos e comecei a observar a dor sem escapar com nomes, pensamentos e imagens. fiquei só com a dor mesmo que nem dor se chamava. e eu quis falar sobre isso. o tempo pra mim não precisa estar separado do tempo que eu passo junto com outras pessoas. se eu estou aqui e sinto o que chega, todo tempo é também tempo pra mim.

que o tempo de encontros com os outros também seja tempo de intimidade com você mesmo!

sometimes there is real danger and alertness can help you act quickly

sometimes the fear comes from an idea, a thought, a projection, that is not allowing you to be closer to something, to truly see it. when you allow yourself to feel the fear and release the idea, projection, thought, you can see more clearly and be with the real thing.
