Nostree Release Note
v.0.1.5.5 “Follows, contact list, button to add link to a list, and more”.
Hey nostr! Today I bring you a new release of nostree in which we continue adding features to improve the user experience and usability of the platform, also I bring you the news that this will be the last release note that I write from my personal account, I present you the nostree nostr account: nostr:npub1ntreess3vmprp84nx896uf4mt777fw794aanvdyl0v0cgdycp6xq0zxcpf follow it to be aware of the news about nostree. Before we start I would also like to thank again nostr:npub10pensatlcfwktnvjjw2dtem38n6rvw8g6fv73h84cuacxn4c28eqyfn34f and all the users that use nostree, thank you, developing this together with you is something that makes me feel very lucky. Without further ado, let’s start with the release note.
Follows and contact list: In this version a button has been added to follow users, and to have a visual reference of who you follow and who you don’t, this is a very nice addition when doing a search for example, as you can identify who is in your contact list and who is not. Also now in the ‘explore’ section you can filter by your ‘friends’ contact lists or view all ‘global’ lists. Also your contact list is saved locally, so you can always have it at your disposal, soon we will develop functionalities to export this list and keep it so that nostree is also a way to backup your nostr profile, like metadata.nostr.com and nostrsync.live currently do.
Button to add link to a list: This is a feature that has been suggested several times and has been included in this version, now with this button you can add a new link to the list you want without having to go into edit mode.
Bugfixes and UX improvements: In this version, as usual, some rough edges have been polished, sharp corners have been filed and some bugs have been squashed.

Veo esto y pienso que quizás hablar sobre Bitcoin a familia y amigos es empezar la casa por el tejado. Lo urgente es defender el uso del efectivo.
La táctica de personajes como este, de asociar su uso a delincuencia, terrorismo y/o defraudar a hacienda es ruin pero por desgracia sigue colando.
Temo el día en que el tema se convierta en arma arrojadiza entre partidos porque en un país absolutamente polarizado y destruido por la política, las ideas se compran como pack indivisible.
Es decir que si el partido 'X' lo defiende, el que vota a 'Y' lo detesta automáticamente (y viceversa).
Evidentemente eso no invalida la causa pero solemos tener en mayor consideración lo que diga alguien a quien apreciamos que lo que diga un político al que detestamos así que, si surge el tema (especialmente con alguien de izquierdas):
- El efectivo sigue siendo un medio de pago ampliamente usado.
¿Está justificado acabar con el efectivo porque una cantidad ínfima de transacciones pueda estar involucrada en actividades ilegales, aunque eso suponga dejar fuera del sistema y desbancarizar a población vulnerable (mayores, disminuidos) y en riesgo de exclusión financiera (gente con pocos recursos?
¿Qué hay de lo de "no dejar a nadie atrás"?
- Al usar la tarjeta, paypal, neobancos, ... estás dando información sobre tus hábitos de consumo a empresas que usarán esos datos para incrementar su poder y control.
- El dinero en efectivo ayuda a preservar la privacidad.
Negar a los demás el derecho a la privacidad porque tu renuncies a hacer uso de él es como negar los derechos de las mujeres porque no eres mujer. (¿Veis lo que he hecho aquí? 😉)
- Al pagar en efectivo en el comercio de proximidad les ahorras las comisiones abusivas de terceros (red de pagos, alquiler de datáfono, ...)
- Sin dinero en efectivo no hay alternativa a posibles caidas de los sistemas informáticos o caidas de la red.

Hay que tener en cuenta que está dirigida a usuarios que no quieran lidiar con inbound/outbound liquidity, apertura de canales, ...
En ese sentido cubre una necesidad y el precio es: mayor comisión por transacción.
Me preocupa más cual es el modelo de WoS, por ejemplo...
Lo de reutulizar direccióm al recibir onchain es mal, si.
Si que parece interesante como opción para hacer swap sin perder la custodia
