You know culturally it used to be an oddity to be offended. So much so that it was a punchline/trope in many comedies. Consider Caddy Shack. Rodney Dangerfield spends the entire movie offending the sensibilities of snooty country club guests. The audience was on his side. We used to all know as a point of fact that being offended was weak, pathetic and childish. Nowadays many Americans are on the side of the hysterical/offended/triggered person. Shit is whack. Had a great time at the Grand Rapids Bitcoin Meetup on Wednesday. I left with some broccoli and cauliflower starts, a lemon tree seedling, moonshine, a hardware wallet, and a copy of Bitcoin Magazine (with a picture of my yurt in it!). I sold some maple syrup, seeds, and a couple pawpaw trees. Saw someone else selling an S9.
