We went night fishing last night at the river. I didn’t realize how fast the current was and it kept taking out bait way down stream. These were the only weights we could find.

These breakfast recipes are getting a little crazy but they are soooooo good. Today we did bacon pancakes. Cook bacon to crisp, pre mix pancake batter, after bacon is crisp crunch to pieces, pour off grease, add pancake batter and flip regularly.

The rainy month of May we produced 2MWh of power. Of that, we used 1.6MWh leaving an over generation of about 372kWh which will be credited to my electric utility account (about $41).
Fun fact: 2MWh of power is the equivalent of charging 172,000 phones 🤯
