Christian sensibilities were never a huge problem. It was all overhyped by media to demonize Christians. The moral code on Hollywood was a good thing. Same with regards to the Comic Code. And rating films and video games wasnt a huge imposition either.
The AAA studios are starting to fold from Leftwing ideological failure.
Sorry for spreading fake news. I can't confirm this story.
Nice bait and troll. Kudos to the shitposter.
The UD XL II tape was legendary on Reel to Reel decks and it made the transition of Cassettes. In the early 80s, it was replaced by an update formulation the legendary Maxell XL II which along with the TDK SA were industry standards that most cassette deck manufacturers used to set their default playback setting with.
I used to trade a lot of Grateful Dead and Widespread Panic and other live music recordings and the trading standard was use of either TDK SA or SA-X tapes or Maxell XL II or XL II-S tapes.
I use an unassuming Denon DVD-1600 as my main playback for CDs with the NAD 7140 Reciever. It's got a nice Faroudja FL2200 video processor but no HDMI output as it was released in 2003. So it's limited in usefulness as a DVD player, however the Burr Brown 1792 DACs sound pleasant, they give a warmth to CD music reproduction. I also like that it's got larget control buttons right on the front, you dont need a video screen to navigate it's use.
They come in Chocolate Black and also Champagne Silver. Note the exellent large control buttons.

I'm a fan of the dual shaft/knob design. They are starting to bring it back on some models of new head units.
