Long day at the fiat mines… took nearly 3 hours to travel 50 miles… 😩
Now that looks way better than a bare drive with a sata to usb adapter 😁👍

Impossible though right? 👍
Dedicated is unmetered outbound and inbound capped to the port speed (eg. 1Gbit).
New enclosure arrived for my BD drive today. Will get that set up tonight 🤌
Afternoon all! Long week so far… looking forward to the weekend 😂
Here’s a slightly happier photo 🐶👍 #petstr #dogstr
It’s Harvey’s birthday! Look how happy he is 😁👍 🐶 #dogstr #petstr
Looks like it partially works! I get the zaps but it doesn’t show up in #damus nostr:note1ky48he2gqev3pryzl7a02hqmcn39pryxay36d65mthz26ny4mhysmmnv6l
Just set my lightning address to a lightning address on my new BTCPay server. Now to wait for someone to #zap me to see if it goes through… 🤔 Or let me know it’s broken 😂
Feels like a long week already, and it’s only Tuesday 😂
First day back at the fiat mines after a week off… 😩
Morning all! 😁👍
Very true. Not your keys, not your coins.
I’d zap you, but don’t know where it will go… 😂
Custodial vs. Non-custodial wallets… I use both.
I have 2 custodial lightning wallets with only a small amount of sats, nothing I’d miss if they went missing. So why keep it? For convenience. I use it to quickly #zap people and let people easily zap me.
So why do I have a non-custodial wallet? To de-risk it. Whenever I get a decent balance I offload it to my non-custodial wallet.
Why not just cash it in for on chain? Because if I keep a decent pot in my non-custodial, I can move funds around for very little fees, and quickly.
Think of it as an easy access bank account and a savings account with internal transfers whenever I want to make a big purchase. 😁👍
