The price of a dollar is still over 1000 sats.

The plane was bright Orange and the gate number was 21. There are no coincidences. #Bitcoin

Yellow has arrived in Queenstown, New Zealand. The country of choice for billionaire doomsday bunkers. He's ready to start planning NZ's bright orange future over a few beers at the Bitkiwi #Bitcoin Meetup!

One of the biggest obstacles to growth I've seen in people is that make everything about themselves. Not everything happens to you or for you. The higher you climb the more it is about others.

When struggles starts - no matter what happens - on your end it's all about staying productive, being a good person, and doing the best you can. That's all.

Yes, you are there because of the experiences and skills that you have. But maybe you're also there to be an example. Martyr. You could be part of someone's test. You never know how Universe wants to use you.

After going through all the life experiences and startups in the last two decades - the only moments I regret are those when I lost control and lashed out, blaming and hurting others.

On the other hand, if I managed to keep control and stay the course, it has paid huge dividends. I've had engineers come back in decade and admit they've been assholes causing problems, only to end up being critical for the projects I'm currently on. Young startup founders who followed my struggles and wanted to know details behind them so they can do better. Or my favorite - VCs that have been following me on Twitter for years... and complain they can't shitpost (I explain that they can, but not high success rate there).

The most important part: don't allow pain to provide opening for corruption to seep in, allowing others to vilify you. Stay the course and do the best you can. Protect others that are overexposed. The more you can honestly channel the truth you feel, the better in tune you'll be to manifest whatever outcome Universe wants you to manifest.

Thank you Uncle

The absolute worst user experience on the internet today is signing in to 10 different social media clients to upload and share the same piece of content. Thankfully #nostr fixes this. Share the content only once and it will be visible on every client.

When asked today for "Bitcoin wallet recommendations" this is what I responded:

If you want to play around with lightning bitcoin first and get familiar with sending and receiving sats then try a quick custodial option like:

- coinos (web)

- zebedee (mobile)

- wallet of satoshi (mobile).

Once you're ready to up your security then consider trying a convenient self-custodial lightning wallet where the channel management is taken care of for you, e.g.

- Breez (mobile)

- Phoenix (mobile)

- Bitkit (mobile)

When you've saved up enough sats to go onchain then consider getting a hardware signing device (or 3), such as a Jade, seedsigner, coldcard, ledger, trezor and pairing it with an onchain wallet like:

- Sparrow (desktop)

- Green (mobile, desktop)

- Specter (desktop)

To use it privately you'll want to run your own Bitcoin node, which you can do on your windows/macos/linux computer but to keep it in sync you might want to get a dedicated device that you can leave running 24/7. There are specially designed personal server operating systems that make it easy like:

- Umbrel OS

- Start OS

Once you're running your own node you can start experimenting with managing your own lightning channels and using mobile lightning wallet options that you can pair with your node like Zeus.

I've missed out a lot of wallets because I just wrote this quickly off the top of my head, so please do your own research. Personally if I was just starting out today I would play around quickly with coinos on web, then when you have a few sats move them to Breez on mobile, and once you've got a big enough stack to take onchain I would start with a simple set up of a Blockstream Jade + Green wallet (on mobile and desktop). There are plenty of 10% discount codes out there for the Jade, but it still sets you back a little bit so it only makes sense once you've got a bit of savings going. The last code I saw floating around was "ORANGEMART"

I'm a little bit overwhelmed to be honest. There's so much new stuff in Bitcoin lately that I need some time to try it all. I've really enjoyed the using a browser extension to try a bunch of nostr web clients. Everytime I come back and check on a client It has been updated and improved.
